OVERVIEW This website is operated by Tap Crystal, a division of TAP LUSTRE LIMITED. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tap Crystal. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Live Sale Pricing: Prices discussed or displayed during our Live sessions are time-sensitive and apply only to that specific session. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors occurred during live broadcasts.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Natural Variations: You acknowledge that natural crystals are products of nature. Variations in color, texture, and the presence of internal "ice cracks" or surface inclusions are normal and are not considered product defects.

Live Claims: For items claimed during Live Sales, the item shown on camera is the specific piece you will receive (One-of-a-Kind), unless stated otherwise.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Failure to pay for items claimed during a live session may result in a permanent ban from our services and future live events.
SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
SECTION 22 - IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the fulfillment center may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. All such charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Tap Crystal has no control over these charges.
