At Tap Crystal, we are committed to delivering our natural treasures from our fulfillment center to your doorstep, wherever you are in the world. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Live Sale Orders: To ensure you receive your unique claims as quickly as possible, most items purchased during our Live sessions are processed within 2 business days.

  • Standard Orders (Website Stock): Please allow 3-5 business days for processing, cleansing, and quality inspection before shipment.

  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Estimates & Methods We ship internationally to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and beyond.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days.

  • Please note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal service delays, or extreme weather.

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or via global tracking platforms like 17track.net. It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after the label is created.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Tap Crystal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned to us because the customer refuses to pay customs duties, the original shipping fee and any return costs will be deducted from your refund.

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your crystal arrives broken, please contact support@tapcrystal.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors first. We are not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
