Overview We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, due to the international shipping nature and the unique characteristics of natural crystals, specific conditions apply.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process To start a return, you can contact us at support@tapcrystal.com. Please Note: 1. Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. 2. Shipping Method: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 3. Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Natural Variations (Important) Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • Natural Characteristics: Crystals are products of nature. Internal "ice cracks," inclusions, surface pits, or slight color variations are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

  • Transit Damage: If an item arrives broken due to transit, please provide clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging to support@tapcrystal.com for an immediate evaluation.

Non-Returnable Items / Final Sale Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Live Sale Claims: Items claimed and purchased during our Facebook/InstagramLive sessions are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to their unique, one-of-a-kind nature.

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or using a "Final Sale" discount code.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@tapcrystal.com.
